Voice Engineer Dot Com is an independent provider of managed telecommunications. Their primary goal is to provide customers with the highest level of customer service in the telecommunications industry to all sized businesses from start up to large enterprises providing end to end delivery of voice & data networks and onsite technical installation using field based engineering staff. With customers across the UK & Europe they help companies grow their business saving as much as 20-40% on telecom and data infrastructure.

Whilst the market for traditional telephone systems is on the decline, cloud based systems is increasing by 50% to 100% year on year. This growth coupled with our desire to be the best in the industry meant we needed to embark on a journey to search for that special piece of software that could basically do all the things that were taking up so much time and taking some of the focus off our clients and the day to day running of our business….this challenge led us to fissara.
Voice Engineer spent an enormous amount time trying to find ‘the one’ however, we were continually let down with pushy sales people, broken promises and then other companies never delivering what they said they would. We wanted to work with a company who actually listened to our requirements and we are pleased to say that all the promises made by fissara have been met and continue to be delivered by their very talented team.
A major part of our business is promoting cloud based telecoms solutions so it was a perfect fit to have a cloud based service which lets us do everything from scheduling our engineers to asset tagging to stock control, process improvements, the list goes on. We are continually surprised by how sophisticated the system is and once you have jumped on the fissara Platform you realise just how good it actually is. The team take on board all your requirements and even if they dont have something (we are yet to find that) they will add it to their future development list and you will be the first to know when it is available. We thought we would never find a system that could address all of our requirements but we did with fissara.
